This Policy forms part of the Acubta Terms of Service and governs subscription billing, free trial usage, credit usage and expiry, refund eligibility, cancellation, failed payments, chargebacks, taxes, and policy updates.

This Refund, Billing and Subscription Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Acubta Terms of Service and governs subscription billing, free trial usage, credit usage and expiry, and refund eligibility.

By subscribing to Acubta, you agree to this Policy.

2. Free Trial

2.1 Trial Period

Acubta offers a three (3) day free trial for eligible users.

2.2 Trial Access

  • Access selected platform features.
  • Use limited credits or AI functionality as defined by the plan.

2.3 Automatic Conversion

  • Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • Your selected payment method will be charged.

2.4 Cancellation During Trial

You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. No charges will be applied if cancellation occurs within the trial period.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Plans

Acubta offers monthly recurring subscriptions and annual recurring subscriptions.

Each plan includes platform access, a defined number of credits, and feature-specific entitlements.

3.2 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans are billed every 30 days.
  • Annual plans are billed once per year.
  • Billing occurs in advance.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes

  • Acubta reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
  • Acubta will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect.
4. Credits System

4.1 Nature of Credits

  • Credits are prepaid digital usage units.
  • Credits are required for AI tools and premium services.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash.

4.2 Allocation

  • Credits are allocated upon subscription activation.
  • Credits are allocated upon renewal of subscription.

4.3 No Rollover Policy

  • Credits do not roll over.
  • Any unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • New credits are issued upon renewal.

4.4 Consumption

  • Credits are consumed based on AI chat usage.
  • Credits are consumed based on content generation.
  • Credits are consumed based on other metered features.
  • Usage rates may change at any time.

4.5 Additional Credit Purchases

  • Users may purchase additional credit packs where applicable.
  • Such credits are subject to the same rules.
5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Rule

All payments made to Acubta are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

5.2 Subscriptions

  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
  • No refunds for unused time after cancellation.

5.3 Credits

  • Credits are non-refundable once issued.
  • Used credits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Unused credits are non-refundable.

5.4 Free Trial

  • No refunds apply to the free trial period.
  • Charges incurred after trial conversion are non-refundable.

5.5 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate billing or proven technical billing errors. Such refunds may be granted at Acubta’s sole discretion.

  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Acubta.

  • Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • Improper chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
  • Improper chargebacks may result in legal recovery actions.
9. Taxes
  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
  • Users are responsible for compliance with local tax regulations.

Acubta may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
