Affiliate Program Agreement

Agreement between Acubta (Pty) Ltd and the Affiliate. It governs participation in the Acubta Affiliate Program for earning commissions from referred paid professionals.

• Must be 18+
• Provide accurate info
• Have a payout account
• Operate a legitimate platform

Affiliates are independent; not employees, partners, or agents.

• Standard: 20% on first paid subscription
• Premium: 50% after 250+ verified referrals
• No recurring commissions
• Valid only if the referral registers via your link and pays successfully

• Paid monthly around the 15th
• Minimum payout: R500
• Via Bank, PayPal, etc., in ZAR
• Up to 30-day verification delay

• Must use approved materials
• Maintain brand integrity
• Disclose affiliation
• Avoid spam or misrepresentation

Limited, revocable license to use Acubta's brand assets. No impersonation or domain registration using 'Acubta.'

Confidential data must not be disclosed and must be returned upon termination.

Either party can terminate anytime. Acubta may terminate for breach, fraud, or harm to reputation.

No implied warranties. Tracking accuracy not guaranteed.

Liability limited to unpaid verified commissions.

• Privacy (GDPR/POPIA) compliance
• Anti-spam laws

Acubta may change program terms anytime with notice.

Governed by South African law; disputes under the High Court of South Africa.

This document supersedes prior agreements.
